Rogue City Trailer Reveals The Video Game Return Of Original Star Peter Weller

“RoboCop: Rogue City” is expected to be released on a variety of platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and apparently Nintendo Switch. Not gonna lie, thinking about having the ability to hop between designing cupcake dresses for my villagers on “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” to killing drug lords as RoboCop without having to change consules is a dream come true. That said, the game comes from the developer Teyon who fans (or enemies) may know as the company behind “Terminator: Resistance,” which wasn’t exactly well received by players.

Hopefully the company is able to redeem themselves and make “RoboCop: Rogue City” as awesome as it deserves to be, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t fully ready to make a lot of concessions and ignore the inevitable problems that may pop up upon the game’s release simply because i’ll be too stoked to be RoboCop to care. No word on whether or not we’ll get the chance to dump toxic waste on henchmen and turn them into melted slabs of humanoid goo, but a girl can dream.

“RoboCop: Rogue City” is tentatively due out in June of 2023.
